Physiotherapy yoga can effectively help people relieve pain and illness on the body-mind-spirit level. The practice of yoga physiotherapy does not require the difficulty of physical strength movements, but emphasizes the awareness and feeling of each yoga movement in the body under different yoga movements.

Hatha Yoga

Traditional yoga. In the word Hatha, “ha” means the sun and “tha” means the moon.
It represents male and female, day and night, yin and yang, cold and heat, and any other complementary opposites.

Flow Yoga

A branch of yoga developed and extended on the basis of Ashtanga. Through the series connection of breathing and asanas, the flow of the body is realized, also called Vinyasa.

Yin Yoga

As the balance of Yang Yoga, Yin Yoga is a yoga of relaxation and stretching. By relaxing the natural breathing and staying in a pose for a long time, the muscles of the body are completely relaxed, muscles and fascia are stretched, endurance is increased, and we can achieve a state of unity of body and mind.
