Libby Lin

Libby had a regular exercise habit before she met Yoga, she enjoyed the movement and sweat in every exercise. Yoga came across when she was having the twin pregnancy, prenatal yoga reduced her body uncomfortness, postnatal yoga helped her get back in shape and build the body strength and calming her mind.

Through the yoga practise, Libby has improved her balance, strength, flexibility; with the curiosity of Yoga, she studied Hatha Yoga, and gained her 200- hour RYT yoga teaching certificate in 2021.

Libby truly believes that yoga is not just a tool of shaping the physical body, but also a tool of building self awareness and finding the inner self.
